I was tagged on Facebook to write 25 random things about myself. Since I have not updated my blog since Christmas, I thought I would post them. So here goes:
25 Random things:
1. I teach 8th grade math.
2. I actually like it.
3. Married to Jeff for 12 years.
4. Finally getting some landscaping...well, as soon as it stops being cold & wet.
5. Haven't killed Jeff yet over his incessant talking about plants.
6. Don't have any children.
7. Still want children even after teaching for 5+ years.
8. Mia Maid Counselor
9. Opening my home up to a camp fundraiser - babysitting on Feb 14th. - we already have 29 kiddos signed up
10. Currently watching "The Pirate Movie" - one of Jeff's favorite childhood movies.
11. Love to read.
12. Love to sew.
13. I dont like to hang up clothes.
14. Can't stand to touch newspapers - gives me the heebie jeebies.
15. I get violent hiccups - and will get them 3 times in one day, if I dont, I will have the hiccups the next day.
16. Im pretty boring - so I have to ask my husband to help me come up with 25 random things.
17. Swam in our pool almost everyday (except Sundays) this past summer.
18. Has to be Kraft REAL mac & cheese.
19. Saw 3 students on my Christmas Vacation Cruise to the Caribbean - 2 were on my boat & 1 in Jamaica.
20. Puked my guts out on a "ferry" boat to the Yuccatan Pennisula in front of one of my students - so far no blackmail pictures have been seen!
21. Favorite Bath & Body scent - either Tropical Passion or Mandrain Mango.
22. Dang - have the hiccups now!
23. Given up caffeine - No I'm not pregnant - since November.
24. Spoonful of sugar makes the hiccups go away!
25. Love the butt warmer feature in my car - especially on days like today!

Glad you posted Jill. I don't like newspapers either. I don't like folding them and I don't like my fingers getting black. Glad to hear you are teaching! I am not sure that I want to teach after having my own kids, we'll see... It will be a long time from now if I ever do again. Everyone has to be in school full time and that is still years away!

I did not know you did not like newpaper- I can't touch it either. I am glad I have someone I can sympathize with. Everyone always made fun of me for that. I also wanted to note that I also like the butt warmer feature in your car, and the pirate movie rocks! Do you guys have a copy?
